As the assemblies recognise the priesthood of all believers, there are no ministers. But the need for pastors to shepherd the flock, deacons to serve the saints and elders to oversee directions is recognised as firmly based on Scripture, and brothers irrespective of age are encouraged to develop these giftings without recourse to appointment. Likewise the need for evangelists and youth leaders. We are extremely grateful for the sacrificial service of each person who voluntarily contributes of their time and resources.

According to needs, meetings are held in halls or hired rooms or in homes. Some assemblies have vans which are used for youth work and travel to camps. The camp properties are operated by local boards who employ staff or contractors as needed. When not used for assembly events, the facilities are made available for hire by schools and other groups complying with their basis of hire. A national camp board reports to the assemblies annually. A non-profit bookshop at Foxton Bible Camp showcases books and resources for young and old.

Assemblies support outreach and missionary work in Argentina and Colombia, and provide significant support for Christian work in India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines via local assemblies and trusted workers. Communication with each of these mission areas is overseen by assembly brothers who visit these areas and oversee distribution of funding.
